A man in his 70s was fatally shot in the head tonight in the South Shore
neighborhood.
The slaying took place on the 6800 block
of South East End Avenue at about 7:15 p.m..
“He does not appear to have been the intended target,” .
The man was sitting on a small concrete stoop at a residential building,
talking with a woman, when someone shot him. The man had his hands in his
pockets when he died. He lived around the corner on the 1700 block
of East 68th Street.

To the cowards that did this to my dad, your days on this earth are numberd, somebody around there is fully aware of who fired those shots and killed a innocent man. Please come forward and do the right thing anonymously and help police get the shooter, so the family can have cloSure. We just buried our mom a year ago.
