Police are investigating the homicide of a woman found shot to death in a
hotel room on the Gold Coast.
Police responded at about 10 a.m. to the Whitehall Hotel in the 100 block of
East Delaware Place and found the woman in one of the rooms.
At least one guest staying near the victim's seventh-floor hotel room heard
what sounded like a gunshot about 3:30 a.m..
Hours later, a cleaning crew arrived to the
victim's room and found her dead. The crew mentioned the
discovery to hotel management, who in turn called the police.
The victim,
who is in her 20s and is from Texas, was shot in the head and her death is being
investigated as a homicide

Does her mother know? So sad. Probably a drug addled Hooker met the wrong John and ended life in a filthy dive. Chicago is doomed.
Very sad. As a single female, I stayed there not too long ago and I'm shocked to hear that Whitehall doesn't have security cameras. Killer will probably get a away. Filthy dive indeed.

The girl was an escort. This is why I am against girls out here getting paid and eating good. That money is no good for anyone. Sad story. There are so many girls behind her in her foot steps and they still won't stop getting this money even after this tragedy. These girls need to open their eyes that life is dangerous! Most would call me me a hater. I'm not. My heart hurts for her family. That easy money comes with as much risk as any other ready money. Some of these females have kids in and out these hotel rooms. Most have family that love them. I just pray these girls out here liven large see the truth before it's to late.
