A driver was killed when his car struck a building and a light pole on the West
Side.
The crash happened at about 6 p.m. Monday
in the 600 block of North Pulaski Road in the West Garfield Park neighborhood.
Samille Quinn was driving south on Pulaski when his car
veered off the road and struck a building, then a lamp post.
Quinn, of an unknown address, was taken to Mount Sinai
Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to the Cook County medical
examiner's office.
