36-year-old woman shot in Humbolt Park

A 36-year-old woman was shot in the leg in a liquor store parking lot near the intersection of Grand Avenue and Division Street about 12:30 a.m. She and her boyfriend, both intoxicated, were in the parking lot when they started arguing with a group of three other males. Someone started shooting. The man ran up to the liquor store window and banged on the glass, asking the attendant inside to call for an ambulance. An ambulance took her to Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center, police said. She’s in good condition
