16-year-old boy shot to death on South Side street
A 16-year-old boy was shot to death on a West Englewood street this afternoon.
The boy was shot in the head in the 1400 block of West 73rd Street at about 2:40 p.m.
The victim was identified as Cedric Bell, 16, of 1400 block of West 73rd Place
